Conversion Optimization Manager

The Conversion Optimization Manager is responsible for driving digital growth and sales through web analytics, testing and optimization. You will develop a foundation for analysis of qualitative and quantitative digital data to support lead generation, site optimization and data-driven marketing across all markets. You will continuously analyze and assess Bisnode’s websites and other marketing data sources together with the Digital Team to identify and test hypotheses. You will also provide support and engage in experimentation on lead generation and site optimization together with local markets to drive leads and nurture an innovative culture within the Bisnode Group. You will initiate the share of best practice and knowledge in fields of expertise such as digital growth marketing and conversion rate optimization across all markets, always with focus on the development of an excellent digital user experience for all target groups.


You have a broad experience in conversion, optimization, lead generation and digital growth. You also have a passion for delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements for deployment within agile releases, as well as a very good understanding and experience in web analytics, reporting and key performance indicators.

As a person, you are business-oriented, collaborative, analytical and enjoy change. A skilled professional and problem-solver with a positive can-do attitude and experience from working in international environments, both independently and in cross-functional teams.

You have an academic degree and/or 5-10 years of documented working experience within digital, marketing or other relevant field of expertise. You have excellent English language skills. To be successful in the role, we believe you have prior experience from B2B marketing, conversion optimization, SEO, UX, A/B-testing, web analytics, marketing automation and web content management.
