AIS Nordic provides high quality services within vehicle data, such as registration-number searching, which simplifies and provides quality-assurance for the matching of spare parts, tyres, accessories etc. to the correct vehicle.
For customers primarily in the vehicle and accessories industry, this is business-critical information that is necessary in order to operate more efficiently and profitably. AIS Nordic was founded in 2006 and currently has an operating profit of approximately SEK 13 million on an annual basis. For some time, Bisnode has held a leading position in the Nordic region in vehicle and vehicle-related business information. This transaction further strengthens Bisnode's position.
AIS Nordic's products will be integrated into, and offered in conjunction with, Bisnode's existing range of products. Every day, thousands of companies use Bisnode's products for vehicle information (e.g. InfoTorg) as a resource to assist in their daily work. The new integrated solutions combining Bisnode and AIS products will initially be available to the markets in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Accession takes place on Friday 16th October 2015 and integration will occur during Q4.
