Bisnode Sweden’s management team has two new members. Frode Berg, currently manager for Bisnode Kredit in Norway, will be the new Business Area Director at Bisnode Information in Sweden. Ulrica Jones, currently CFO at the production company Yellowbird, will become Financial Director at Bisnode Sweden.
During 2013 all of the Bisnode businesses have been consolidated into one organisation and 14 Swedish brands are now gathered under the brand, Bisnode. Now the group’s competence and experience has come together and the customers have access to the entire Bisnode offering.
Ulrika Jones comes on board as the new Financial Director for Bisnode Sweden. Her most recent position was as Head of Legal at the Zodiak Media Corporation and CFO at the Zodiak owned production company Yellowbird. She has a solid experience in the legal and controlling areas. Ulrika will focus her efforts on the work of developing a common accounting and controlling platform in order to support the group’s long term growth.
Frode Berg is currently the manager of Bisnode Kredit in Norway and has been a part of the Bisnode corporate group for 10 years. As of January 15 he takes on the role of Business Area Director at Bisnode Information in Sweden. He has a strong customer focus and works closely to the customers in order to constantly improve the portfolio and create offerings that are attractive to the customers today and in the future.

Ulrika Jones starts in February and is the successor of Steven Gilsdorf who will take on a new challenge and lead the work of change programme. Frode Berg starts on January 15 and is the successor of Jonas Åkerman, who has chosen to leave the company after 15 years.
