This is what the regulation means and what measures we've taken to protect your privacy.
On May 25, 2018, a new landmark privacy law called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) takes effect in the European Union (EU). The GDPR expands the privacy rights granted to EU individuals, and it places many new obligations on organizations that market to, track or handle EU personal data, no matter where an organization is located. Bisnode is here to help you get a better understanding of what the new regulation actually means.
This is what we do in terms of GDPR
We've done our homework. Security and privacy need to be taken seriously. Bisnode goes to great lengths to protect your privacy and to help you exercise your rights. We keep the data to a minimum for our purposes, and restrict access to only those who need it. GDPR is in our DNA.
With GDPR, your rights are better protected and our obligations are bigger. If you need to amend your data, access, correct or even erase the information, you are entitled to do so by contacting the DPO at the local Bisnode office. In accordance with GDPR, your request will be processed within 30 days.
